ePact
ePACT is a tool used by organizations and families to securely collect reliable and up-to-date information for all its members that can be accessed easily in cases of emergencies, big or small. This ensures better preparedness for all members of this organization. The Huntley Park District will be using ePact to gather medical information, emergency contact and alternate pick-up people, Camp sign-in/out and more! You will receive this at the time of registration in your email confirmation. Our staff will follow-up as necessary to ensure that this information is completed. You can find all medication, allergy, and asthma action forms below and can upload to your ePact profile.
You will receive this information via email within one day of your registration. If you do not, please check your spam then call our office.
Medications/Allergies/Asthma
If your child has needs such as medication, asthma, or allergies (food or otherwise) please login to ePact and you will find the following forms which must be filled out for our staff to be informed and to provide appropriate care: Permission to Dispense Medication Form, Food Allergy Action Plan Form, and the Asthma Action Form.

Camp Seedlings (Ages 3-5)
Registration will open with Summer Program Guide.
Camp Seedlings is gearing up for another great summer. Our half-day camp provides lots of fun for your little one. Each week, we will have a different theme. We will spend time on Miss Connie's playground, make arts and crafts, sing songs, learn fingerplays, play games, read stories, make new friends and have a great time. Please bring a snack every day except on a Friday. Fridays are popsicle days! Please apply bug spray and sunscreen before you arrive at camp. We hope you can join us!

Campers spend the majority of their camp day outdoors when weather permits. Performing Arts Camp
Our full-day Performing Arts Camp for 1st - 5th grade will be filled with adventure, friendship, fun, exploration, discovery, creativity, team building and safety. The Huntley Park District strives to provide a quality, exciting and unforgettable experience to all the campers each session all summer long! Performing arts camp will focus on a theater production, learning the ropes of putting on a full show. Camp will still participant. Themed activities, weekly on-site and off-site entertainment, organized sports & games and arts & crafts.

AM & PM Care
For a little extra time before and after camp, you can enroll for our AM and PM Care. Enroll as needed per day. ALL Enrollment must be done the Tuesday prior to the start of the session. You must pay in full upon registration. Your child must already be enrolled in camp to participate in this program. Please bring all necessary camp items when you drop off your child. Regardless of which camp you are in during the day, please drop off and pick up at the Mill St. Entrance of the REC Center.

Counselor-in-Training (CIT)
The Counselor in Training (CIT) program is for teens 13-15 who truly enjoy working with young children, are good role models, have positive attitudes and want to learn. The goal of the program is to train future camp counselors how to create and be a part of a safe and fun summer camp. The CIT program teaches young teens to be responsible, caring and creative camp leaders while gaining valuable leadership skills and hands-on day camp experience. Under the supervision of experienced camp staff. CIT's role will be to work directly with the campers and assist Camp Counselors and Group Leaders with creating and implementing camp activities, games, crafts, sports, events, etc. CIT's will have their own time as a group each day for activities. They will also attend field trips while assisting other camp and enjoy visits to Sting Ray Bay.
