How to get started:

3. We will contact you by email with a Client Information Packet that should be completed before your first session.
4. Your Personal Trainer will contact you to set up your first session and answer any questions!

Power Training is for the busy individual. These sessions provide you with 30 minutes of 1-on-1 personal training followed by 30 minutes of cardio in the fitness center.

I’m an energetic fitness instructor and personal trainer with a strong background in strength, interval/circuit training, pilates, yoga, dance and sports conditioning. I’m highly motivated to help others reach their health and fitness goals. I have led fitness classes at Huntley Park District for 17 years including step, Zumba, spin, cardio kettlebell, fitball, cardio kickboxing, stability ball classes, both indoor and outdoor bootcamp. I am familiar with equipment such as Bosu, glides, Pilates (mat ,mini ball, and the ring),tubes, ankle bands, stability ball, battle ropes, and drumsticks for cardio drumming. Everyone is welcome in my fitness classes no matter your fitness level. Each class will match the skills and learning levels of all participants. I have been personal training for over 20 years at a variety of locations.
I’ve worked with personal training, partner training meeting the needs of each person completing common exercises while emphasizing specific needs, and small group training is a great way to build both comradery and competition with people who have similar training history or experience.
I enjoy helping clients of all ages and fitness levels improve health and wellbeing by developing individualized or group programs with plans and different periodization structures to meet the client’s goals.

YOUTH FITNESS (AGES 10-12)
Does your child have an interest in fitness? Would you like to see them get involved in health and wellness? If so, we can both educate and demonstrate our Fitness Center guidelines, injury prevention, basic health concepts, and proper machine usage in our 1-hour Youth Fitness Orientation.
* Youth Fitness Members must be accompanied by an individual 18 years or older when working out.
