The Huntley Park District has been awarded the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting for fiscal year ending December 31, 2017. Winning this award is the highest achievement a government organization can receive for its Comprehensive Annual Financial Reporting. It's attainment represents a significant accomplishment by a government and its management.

When asked her thoughts on winning the award, Huntley Park District Finance Director, Laura Pisarcik, stated, "I am happy to accept this award on behalf of the Park District. This achievement would not have been made possible without all of the help and hard work from the staff. I look forward to many more years of obtaining this Certificate of Achievement for the Huntley Park District."
