Royalty Gymnastics, Tumble & Dance encompasses two gymnastics facilities in one building with over 20,000 square feet. Their instructors are USAG certified coaches and most of them have made a career of coaching gymnastics. The experienced coaches and staff get to know each student and family and pride themselves on commitment and developing trust with each child.
When asked what this partnership can provide Park District Recreation Director, Scott Crowe, had this to offer “Our community looks for the Huntley Park District to enhance the quality of their life by offering programming that helps introduce new skills, make new friends, and develop a sense of achievement. Royalty Gymnastics, Tumble, and Dance is a partner that can help us achieve this goal. This sort of partnership allows our residents the convenience of registering with an organization they know and trust while getting the level of skill and expertise the staff at Royalty can provide.”
Marcie Mecher, an owner of Royalty, spoke about the partnership and it's benefit to the community, "As a new gym to the area, we couldn’t be more excited to partner with the Huntley Park District. We are confident that we can bring quality and fun gymnastics and tumbling opportunities to the community with the help of the Huntley Park District.”
The Huntley Park District partners with numerous service providers to offer a variety of recreational activities including Horse Riding Lessons, Ice Skating Lessons, specialty sports camps, specialty youth programs, martial arts, and more. This new partnership will continue to grow the inventory of programs available to our customers.
Meredith Johnson, the Park District Recreation Supervisor responsible for overseeing these programs, gave a glimpse into what the community can expect, “Our partnership with Royalty will focus mainly on introductory and instructional programs for children to try out Gymnastics. While Royalty has many other things to offer, the focus of the Huntley Park District will be to continue to offer more diverse programming that couldn’t otherwise be offered at our facilities. The staff at Royalty seem to be well suited for this age group and have had a following in the area for many years.”
Registration for gymnastic classes are now available.
